How to delete your account

In the Loan'R app (iPhone or Android)

1. Open Loan'R and sign in.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the website

1. Go to www.loanrapp.com and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If a rental, damage claim or payout is still in progress, you will be asked to finish it first.

If you cannot sign in, email us at loanr2026@gmail.com from the email address on the account, or send a request through the Support page contact form using that address, and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
• Your push-notification tokens; you are signed out on every device.
• Your listings are taken down and removed from search and public pages.
• Any owner membership is cancelled so you are not billed again.

What is kept, and for how long

• Booking, payment, refund, payout, damage-claim and waiver-acceptance records are kept in a restricted form for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations and to handle disputes — generally 7 years after the transaction.
• Archived listings and their photos are kept privately with those records and are never shown to other users.
• Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups until they are overwritten, typically within 35 days.
